Through the event
Invitations
You import the graduate list and send family invitations. The ceremony programme and site map are published.
The ceremony
QR codes are scanned at the entrance. The stage team runs the flow, screens show the countdown and the next part, and photographers upload their shots.
Photos
Graduates download and share the photos they find with a selfie. Photos stay in the gallery for the period you set.
Frequently asked questions
Do families need to download an app?
No. The QR code on the invitation or at the venue opens in the browser and no account is needed. Anyone who prefers can join the same event with the mobile app.
How is face matching protected?
Matching happens only with explicit consent; the selfie is not stored, face data never leaves the event and there is no public "search by photo". Attendees can delete their face data at any time.
Does Superevent issue diplomas?
No. Superevent does not issue diplomas. The certificates module issues attendance documents only, which is why it is not in the graduation package; you can add it separately if you need it.
