Through the event
Registration
You open the registration form and enter the programme and course documents. You define the certificate template and the attendance condition.
Training day
Attendees scan their QR at the door, ask questions in sessions and join polls; the assistant answers programme questions.
Certificates
When the event ends, everyone who meets the condition receives a certificate that can be verified with its QR. You download the attendance report from the panel.
Frequently asked questions
How do I decide who gets a certificate?
You choose a condition for each certificate type: check-in, attending a minimum number of sessions or a manual list. The check-in condition requires the QR Registration and Check-in module; certificates can be revoked and the verification page shows the status.
What if we run the same course several times?
Sales are per event, so each run is a separate event. You can duplicate the event and bring the team over from another event.
How do attendees ask the trainer questions?
They send a question from the session's Q&A screen, anonymously or by name, and upvote others' questions. The trainer or moderator picks questions from the queue.
