Congresses and conferences

At a congress the job is to hold parallel sessions, a crowded entrance and attendees who speak different languages together. Superevent brings that flow, from registration to certificate, to one address attendees open in the browser via QR.

Through the event

  1. Registration and programme

You send the registration form and invitations and enter the programme with halls and speakers. Attendees receive their QR ticket by email and build their agenda on their phone.

  2. In the halls

QR codes are scanned at the door. Attendees listen to translation from the hall QR, send questions, join polls, and the assistant answers programme questions.

  3. Certificates and reports

Attendees who meet the condition receive a certificate that can be verified with its QR. You download entry and session reports from the panel.

Frequently asked questions

What if sessions run in several halls at once?

The programme is entered hall by hall and attendees pick the day and hall in the guide. Translation is a separate channel per hall; Q&A and polls belong to a session. The number of concurrent translation channels and screens depends on the module tier; see the pricing page for details.

Does the attendance certificate replace credits or accreditation?

No. The certificates module issues QR-verified attendance certificates based on the condition you set (check-in, a minimum number of sessions or a manual list). Credits and accreditation are a matter for the organizing institution and the accrediting body; Superevent does not grant them.

How many languages can be translated?

The number of target languages is set by the translation module's tier, and a language with no listeners is not translated. Attendee screens always show the "AI translation" label.
