The stage crew runs the show from the panel: sends countdowns and messages to the speaker and sends the next session, a speaker card, a sponsor loop, a poll or subtitles to the hall screens. Screens connect with a pairing code.

How it works
Step 1: Pair the screen
Open /screen on the hall screen and enter the code it shows in the panel.
Step 2: Prepare the show
Line up sessions, countdowns and screen content in the run of show.
Step 3: Run it live
Advance the show from the panel or the mobile remote; screens and the speaker update at the same time.

Frequently asked questions
Do the screens need special hardware?
Screen content is a web page: any device that can open a browser and is connected to the hall screen opens /screen and pairs with a code in the panel.
Can I message the speaker while they are on stage?
Yes. You send the speaker a countdown and a short message from the panel.
Can polls and subtitles go on screen?
If the Live Polls and Q&A or AI Simultaneous Translation module is on, their content can also be chosen as a screen template.
