Cancellation and refund policy

• Creating an order doesn't create an obligation to pay; no fee is charged for an unpaid order and the module isn't activated.
• An order created from a quote may lapse if it isn't paid within the period stated in the quote; you can ask for a new quote.

• The module is activated for your event as soon as the payment is confirmed. Since there is no subscription, there is no renewal to cancel.
• The module right lasts until the end of the event plus the module's retention period; when it ends, the module closes and personal data is deleted under the retention rules. Aggregate reports without personal data remain.
• You can hide a module from attendees or schedule it in the module settings in the dashboard; this isn't a cancellation and doesn't lead to a refund.

• No refund is given for an activated module. Since the service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal either; details are in the pre-contract information form.
• If the same order was charged more than once because of a technical error, the excess is refunded to the card or account used for the payment.
• For situations such as your event being cancelled or postponed, write to us and we'll review it with you.

• If your attendance has grown, ask for a quote from the dashboard or the quote form to upgrade an active module's tier. Amounts already paid aren't converted to cash.
• Additional modules are bought as separate orders.

Every module on sale can be previewed once before buying, for 14 days with a low quota. The preview is free and needs no card; since no payment is taken, no refund applies.

Superevent doesn't take payments from attendees and doesn't sell tickets. If you paid a ticket or attendance fee for an event, contact the event's organizer about a refund.
