The natural or legal person who buys a Superevent module for an event on superevent.io and declares, at the payment step, their full name or business name, Turkish ID or tax number, address, email and phone as billing details. These details appear in the order summary and on the receipt.
3.Main features of the service
Superevent is a modular software service, accessed on the web and through the mobile app, that lets organizers run their events with their teams and offer digital services to their attendees. There is no physical delivery.
- Each module is sold once per event, only for the event the order is placed for; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- A module's price and quota depend on the tier chosen from the event's expected attendance (for Trade Fair Lead Capture, on the number of stands). The chosen tier, quota and amounts are shown in the order summary.
- Modules without a listed price or sold by quote only, and events above the top tier, are sold by quote.
- Set-up, on-site support and hardware aren't included in the software licence; if requested they are offered as separate quote items.
4.Price and taxes
- Prices are published in Turkish lira, excluding VAT (pricing); the total including VAT and taxes is shown separately in the order summary and at the payment step.
- The order amount is recalculated when the order is placed; the amount shown in the order summary is the amount paid.
- For an order placed on a quote, the amount and its validity are stated in the quote.
5.Payment
- Payment is taken in advance by credit or debit card through the payment institution Superevent has enabled at the time (iyzico or Stripe); if both are enabled, you choose at the payment step.
- After a quote, payment can also be made by bank transfer; in that case the module is activated once the payment is confirmed to have reached Superevent's account.
- There are no recurring charges. Card details never reach Superevent; they are entered on the payment institution's secure page.
6.Performance
For card payments, the modules in the order are activated for the event the order was placed for as soon as the payment institution confirms the payment; for bank transfers, once the payment is confirmed. There is no separate delivery.
7.Term, preview and cancellation
- A module right is valid from activation until the end of the event plus the module's retention period; when it ends, the module closes and personal data is deleted under the retention rules.
- Every module on sale can be previewed once before buying, for 14 days with a low quota; no card is needed for the preview and no payment is taken.
- No fee is charged for an unpaid order and the module isn't activated.
- No refund is given for an activated module; details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
8.Right of withdrawal
The service is performed instantly in electronic form once the payment is confirmed. Under Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form, and under art. 15/1-(h), for services whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. At the payment step, the buyer approves that performance begins immediately.
9.Complaints and disputes
You can send your complaints to info@superevent.io. Buyers who are consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes above these limits.
10.Approval
At the payment step, the buyer approves electronically that they have read this form and received this information before the distance sales agreement is concluded. The time of approval, the IP address and the text version are recorded with the order.
