AI Photo Gallery

Attendees take a selfie and find their own photos from the event.

Among the hundreds of shots the photographer uploads, attendees see only their own photos from a selfie taken with their explicit consent, then download and share them. Face data never leaves the event, the selfie is not stored, and attendees can delete their face data at any time.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Upload the photos

The photographer uploads shots; faces are detected in a separate worker process.

  2. Step 2: The attendee consents

The attendee reads the privacy notice, gives explicit consent and takes a selfie.

  3. Step 3: They see their own photos

The face data from the selfie is matched only against this event's photos; the attendee sees their own shots.

Where face matching stops

No public "search by photo"
Nobody can upload someone else's photo and search for them in the gallery. Attendees see only photos assigned to their own profile, which is created with their own consent and their own selfie.
Face data stays in the event
Face data is matched only against that event's photos; there is no matching across events. Face data never appears in any response, report or export.

KVKK and data retention

Face data is biometric: it is created only with explicit consent recorded on the server with its version, and the selfie image is not stored. Face profiles and face data in photos are kept for 30 days after the event (90 at most) and deleted at once if the attendee asks. Photos are kept for 90 days (365 at most).

Frequently asked questions

Is the selfie stored?

No. Only face data for matching is created from the selfie; the image itself is not stored.

How does an attendee delete their face data?

They choose "Delete my face data" in the gallery; the face profile, its matches in photos and the face data are deleted at once. Otherwise they are deleted automatically when the retention period ends.

Will my face be recognized at another event?

No. Face data is matched only against the photos of the event where consent was given and is not used across events.
