Trade fairs

At a trade fair the organizer has to get thousands of visitors in while giving exhibitors a result they can measure. Superevent uses the visitor's personal QR as one identity at registration, at the booth and at the meeting table.

Why these modules?

QR Registration and Check-in
Visitor registration and QR ticket; the same QR is scanned at booths to capture leads.
Trade Fair Lead Capture
Booth staff scan the visitor's QR and add notes and tags; the visitor can withdraw consent to share.
Digital Event Guide
Venue map, event programme and announcements on the visitor's phone.
B2B Matchmaking
Attendees and companies are matched by profile; one-to-one meetings get a table and a time.
Sponsor Analytics
Sponsors follow their own impressions, clicks, QR and booth visit report through an invite link.

Through the event

  1. Visitors and booths

You open visitor registration and set up booths and their staff. Staff open the scanner through an invite link and matchmaking profiles fill up.

  2. On the show floor

QR codes are scanned at the entrance and the same QR becomes a lead at a booth. Visitors find booths on the map and go to confirmed meetings at their table and time.

  3. Reports for exhibitors

Booths export their own lists, the sponsor report is prepared as a PDF and the meeting report is in the panel.

Frequently asked questions

How do exhibitors join?

You set up booths in the panel and invite staff to each booth. Staff open the scanner on their phone through the invite link. Trade Fair Lead Capture is priced per booth, with a set number of staff per booth.

Is the check-in module required for the visitor's QR?

No. The personal QR is part of the event core, so lead capture works without the check-in module. When a visitor shares contact details with a booth, they can withdraw that later.

Does the sponsor report contain personal data?

No. Sponsors see a read-only report through an invite link: impressions, clicks, QR interactions, booth visits and lead counts. The report is made of aggregate numbers.
