Terms of use
The rules for using Superevent, for organizers and their teams.
Last updated: Oct 29, 2026
Version: 2026-10-29
This text is a draft prepared for the Superevent service, which is still in preparation, and is awaiting legal review. It will be reviewed and updated before the live service starts and as modules become available.
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
1.Parties and definitions
These terms govern the use of the Superevent service (the "Service") provided by Ahmet Aksungur (Aksungur Yazılım) (the "Service Provider"). Anyone who signs up for or uses the Service is deemed to have accepted these terms.
- User: a natural person who opens a Superevent account.
- Organizer: the natural or legal person who runs an event.
- Event: the workspace an organizer creates in Superevent; the team, modules, purchases and attendee records belong to the event.
- Team member: the event owner or a user invited to the event with a role.
- Attendee: a person who joins an event with a QR code or join code, without an account; including those who join by invitation, such as speakers, jury members, booth staff and sponsors.
2.Description of the Service
Superevent is a modular software service, accessed on the web and through the mobile app, that aims to let organizers run event tasks such as registration and entry, live translation, Q&A and polls, voting, photos, certificates, stage screens, matchmaking, lead capture and sponsor reports in a single app. The Service is in preparation; modules open gradually, and the modules on sale are shown in the dashboard. Modules are sold once per event. Scope and quotas are stated in the dashboard, in the order summary and in the quote.
3.Account and team
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information when you open an account; you may be asked to verify your email address and phone.
- You don't share your password with anyone and you're responsible for actions taken in your account. If you notice unauthorized use, tell us immediately.
- Team members are invited with roles (Event manager, Operations, Moderator, Photographer, Finance, Viewer) and can only do what their role allows. The organizer is responsible for its team's actions.
- Only the event owner can delete the event or transfer ownership; ownership can be given to another team member by the current owner.
4.Responsibilities of the organizer
- The organizer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the event, attendee and content details entered or imported into Superevent.
- The organizer is the data controller for its attendees' personal data and is responsible for informing them, obtaining their explicit consent where necessary, and deciding who the data is shared with (for example exhibitors and sponsors). Superevent is the data processor for this data (see the KVKK privacy notice).
- The organizer is responsible for giving the notice needed for taking and sharing the photos uploaded to the gallery; face matching works only with the attendee's explicit consent.
- The organizer is responsible for telling speakers that their talks will be processed for live translation and, if a transcript will be kept, that it will be.
- Obtaining the consents needed for SMS and email sent on the organizer's behalf, and complying with commercial message legislation, are the organizer's responsibility.
5.Attendees and attendee access
- Attendees join an event without an account, with a QR code or a 6-character join code. The organizer decides who the code and QR are shared with; modules that need identity use an email code or an invitation link.
- Attendees see only the modules the organizer turns on for that event.
- Moderating the questions, messages and content attendees submit is up to the organizer.
- Superevent doesn't take payments from attendees and doesn't sell tickets. Ticket or attendance fees the organizer charges attendees are outside the scope of the Service.
6.AI features
- Live translation, assistant replies and face matching are produced by AI and may contain errors; they are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or tax advice. Where translation accuracy is critical, the organizer takes additional measures.
- The translation screen carries an "AI translation" label.
- Superevent Assistant only looks at records within the user's permissions; actions that send or save something are taken only with the user's approval and are logged.
- AI usage is subject to a quota; the organizer is warned as the quota approaches, and no new work is started once it is used up.
7.Module orders and payment
- Modules are sold once per event; a module right belongs to the event the order was placed for. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Prices are tiered by the event's expected attendance (for Trade Fair Lead Capture, per stand) and published excluding VAT. The organizer can choose a higher tier but not a lower one. Modules without a listed price and events above the top tier are sold by quote.
- The order amount is calculated by the server; the amount shown in the order summary is the amount paid.
- Payment is taken on the web through the payment institution Superevent has enabled (iyzico or Stripe); after a quote, payment can also be made by bank transfer. There are no purchases in the mobile app.
- Every module on sale can be previewed once before buying, for 14 days with a low quota; no card is needed for the preview and no payment is taken.
- The module right lasts until the end of the event plus the module's retention period; when it ends, the module closes. No refund is given for an activated module.
- Price changes don't affect paid orders.
Details of the purchase are in the pre-contract information form, the distance sales agreement and the cancellation and refund policy.
8.Limits and fair use
Limits such as the number of team members and monthly Superevent Assistant messages are shown in the dashboard. When a limit is reached, existing records aren't affected; only new additions are blocked. SMS sent on the organizer's behalf go out from the organizer's own SMS provider account and are paid to that provider. Automated use that puts unusual load on the Service's infrastructure may be limited.
9.Data ownership
Records the organizer enters in Superevent, or that are created in Superevent for the event (attendee records, content, photos, reports), belong to the organizer. The Service Provider processes these records only to provide the Service, keep it secure and meet its legal obligations; it doesn't sell them or use them for advertising.
10.Prohibited use
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to process other people's personal data without a legal basis.
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to another event's or attendee's records, or trying to bypass security measures.
- Trying to use face matching to recognize or track people who haven't given explicit consent.
- Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the Service without permission.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
11.Service continuity and support
We take reasonable care to keep the Service running without interruption and announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. Interruptions caused by third-party services (AI, payment and SMS providers) or by the internet connection at the event venue are outside the Service Provider's control. For support, write to info@superevent.io.
12.Suspension and termination
In case of a serious breach of these terms, failure to meet payment obligations, or use that endangers the Service's security, the Service Provider may suspend the account or the event, giving notice in advance where possible. The organizer can close its account and event at any time; paid module orders are subject to the cancellation and refund policy.
13.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider isn't liable for errors in the records the organizer enters, for decisions the organizer makes, for decisions made in reliance on AI output, or for the operation of third-party services (payment institutions, AI providers). The statutory rights of users who are consumers are reserved.
14.Changes and disputes
- Significant changes to these terms are announced by email or in-app notification before they take effect.
- These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes; the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved for users who are consumers.
- If any provision is held invalid, the other provisions are not affected.
